When the Dolci launched in 2025, we created one of the first independent groups dedicated to this machine. Not a corporate channel, not a sponsored page: a real community of chefs, enthusiasts, and curious people who test, fail, and improve together. Today we are an international reference, with members from Italy, France, Germany, Australia, USA, Czech Republic.

Gram-precise balancing for 500ml Dolci and 720ml Ninja Creami Deluxe. Ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, cocktails, milkshake, frappé, granitas, protein, keto, vegan recipes. All tested on real machines, not just on paper.

Real technical solutions

Grainy gelato? Surface dome? Stuck blade? Recipe not working? You post the photo, describe the problem, and in hours you get answers from people who've been there. The method is built on shared failures.

While the group started around the Dolci, we have incredible recipes developed specifically for Ninja Creami and Creami Deluxe. Doses are always given for both machines, with technical differences explained.

Live technical sessions with Stefano

Live cooking, recipe development in real-time, technical Q&A, ingredient testing, balancing trials. Not a recorded course: the moment things are tried for the first time, in front of everyone.

Tested before publishing

Every recipe in the book or on the site goes through the group first. You try it, give feedback, and that recipe gets better. ICED recipes are never released without being validated by dozens of members.

Asian pastry with

brings Japanese pastry precision to the group: tangzhong, milk bread, oven baking with the Dolci, delicate desserts. A dedicated section for Asian and fusion pastry.

The group goal is simple and ambitious: your Tefal Dolci, Moulinex Dolci or Ninja Creami should not be a summer-only ice cream maker. It must become an active part of your kitchen — every week, all year round.

To get there we need real proof (not opinions), real feedback (not self-celebration), replicable recipes (not unrepeatable masterpieces) and — above all — fun together. The group is first of all this: a place to learn by doing, failing, retrying, and laughing at our first disasters.
