Terms of sale and use

2. What you buy

Timed access to the ICED° app: recipe collection, guided cooking mode, label generator and conversational assistant. This is digital content, not a physical product: nothing is shipped to you.

3. Price and renewal

The price is the one shown at purchase, VAT included. The subscription renews at expiry unless cancelled; you can cancel any time from your profile or by writing to us, and you stay active until the end of the period already paid.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have 14 days to change your mind and get a full refund: see our refund policy.

5. The recipes

Every recipe was tested and refined in the ICED° lab. The result still depends on your machine, your ingredients, your freezer and how you follow the steps: we cannot guarantee an identical result in your kitchen.

6. Your machine — please read

We are not connected to, nor endorsed by, any ice cream machine manufacturer. Always use your machine according to the maker's manual: respect the maximum fill line, the stated times and the intended programmes. We are not liable for breakage, wear, malfunction, loss of warranty or any damage to property or persons arising from the use of the appliance, even while following one of our recipes. If in doubt, your machine's manual prevails over our recipe.

7. Food hygiene and safety

Some recipes contain raw egg, raw milk or alcohol: the app flags them, but the final judgement is yours. Not advised for young children, pregnant women, the elderly or immunocompromised people. Keep the cold chain, never refreeze a thawed product, and always check appearance and smell before eating.

8. Allergies

Ingredient lists are indicative. If you or your guests have allergies or intolerances, always check the labels of the products you use.

9. The AI assistant

Mr. GELATINO's answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are suggestions, not professional, medical or nutritional advice.

10. What you may do with it

Access is personal. You may print recipes and labels for home use and post your own photos on social media. You may not resell, redistribute or bulk-publish the content, nor use it commercially without written agreement.

11. Interruptions

We do our best to keep the app available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, supplier failures or force majeure may cause downtime.

12. Complaints and applicable law

Write to info@icedmethod.com: we reply within 14 days. Czech law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your own country. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Payments: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it collects the payment, issues the invoice, applies your country's VAT and handles refunds. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about orders. The Paddle buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
