Italian chef in Moravia. I run the Toscana Pizzeria Restaurant in Veselí nad Moravou and for years I've been studying the recipes of the best Italian gelaterias.

From that research, ICED METHOD° was born — a replicable, scalable, democratic system.

The Japanese half of the project. Tomomi brings the precision of Asian pastry: tangzhong, milk bread, delicate desserts.

She developed most of the pastry recipes in our catalog.
