Cleaning is not a formality: dried gelato residues can stick the bowl, blade or lid inside the machine, even locking the mechanism. Wash after EVERY use, each part with its own method.
Dishwasher safe, top rack. Never high-temp sanitize cycle. Rinse immediately after alcoholic cocktails.
Detaches easily from lid (Dolci exclusive). Dishwasher safe, top rack. Dry well before reattaching.
Dishwasher safe. Check rubber seal is dry before next use (frozen water can stick the lid).
Self-cleaning internally. Clean external tip with damp cloth after every use. Dry residue: hot water + brush.

Detaches by pressing the latch on top of the outer bowl lid — does NOT unscrew. Top-rack dishwasher safe, or hand-wash with warm soapy water using a soft brush for the grooves. Dry the cavity on top of the paddle BEFORE reassembling (residual water can freeze and stick the outer bowl to the motor base).
Hand wash with hot water + soap. Check paddle mount area is clean.

Baking soda + hot water. Let sit 30 min, rinse. Tritan plastic may yellow but stays functional.
Hot water + soft brush. Never use metal or steel wool: scratches damage blade cutting.
Baking soda + lukewarm water 1h soak. Then normal wash. Plastic can retain strong smells — use a dedicated bowl for intense flavors.
After EVERY use, always. Even if visually clean, fat film builds up and causes long-term problems.
